Product quality
All product is hand made to the highest standards. As with all manufacturing processes, there is a variation tolerance. Orders comprising multiples of one item will fall within a variation tolerance. The variation tolerance is 5%. Furthermore papers selected with an irregular motif, by their nature, will not appear in exactly the same place on the product.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the "Make a Payment Button" an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Geraldine Javoy.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Geraldine Javoy will take place when your order is dispatched. Except for goods that are made to your specifications, we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch.
